Monitoring and responding to social media can be hard and then we have to think about how to respond in a timely fashion. This session discusses how to maneuver politics, get buy-in, staff and then how to monitor and respond in a meaningful way.

    How to start and sustain

This could be a larger session (30 minutes) or we could make it a workshop (2-3 hours).
